- Ms. Herrmann-Ferkl is licensed to practice law in Mexico, and assists clients in all matters related to their operations and investment transactions in Latin America. She has extensive experience in the drafting, execution, and negotiation of trademark and intellectual property licensing, joint venture, distribution, franchise, direct selling/multilevel marketing agreements, among other transactional arrangements. Ms. Herrmann also provides assistance with cross-border litigation matters. Ms. Herrman-Ferkl is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
